This gorgeous montana moss agate is actually a doublet--the upper layer of agate has been adhered to a backing of mother of pearl for gentle luminescence. I set it in 22k gold on a backing of silver. Along the bottom edge I was inspired by some embroidery samplers I spied on pinterest. As a child, I loved to embroider and recreated the french knot in silver and then added dots of gold. The silver has been given a deep oxidation to contrast with the gold. This ring measures a US size 7.
