This sweet little semi-black opal is the perfect center for one of my stacked daisy rings. The little dazzler is wrapped in 22k gold and sits on a daisy with two layers. Layer one is oxidized sterling with dozens of dainty silver balls all along the petal edges. Layer two is 18k and sterling silver bimetal given a brushed finish.
London blue topaz, tanzanite and apatite cluster to one side of the opal on 14k gold headpins and gold tipped flower stamens travel around to the other side.
The flower measures 1 inch across by 5/8 of an inch tall. It now fits a 7 3/4 but can be enlarged up to an 8 1/4. Just get in touch with me at wendy@wendystaufferjewelry.com about resizing.
