I love the flowing streams of color that run through this boulder opal--blues and greens and even a streak of white potch on the lower right edge. I've set it in 18k gold atop a silver band with swirls of 18k gold wire. The opal takes center stage among the swirls, but a tanzanite, peridot and blue topaz add perfect accents. The band measures a size 7 and the opal is a bit over an inch long.
