This uniquely colored patterned and colored opal mined in Winton, Queensland, Australia weighs in at over 18 carats. I see swirling eddies of mossy green and blue, an icy palest blue/white swirl flecked with flashy magenta and orange, a brush stroke of marigold that defines the edge of a a pool of tranquil blue.
I've surrounded all this color with a frame of lush semi-precious gemstones that pick up colors of the opal as they work around the stone's border.
cluster stones include:
swiss blue topaz
sky blue topaz
aquamarine
tanzanite
peridot
green tourmaline
pink tourmaline
The pendant suspends from a doubled chain that is broken up by several square wire links and more semi-precious beads. The chain adjusts from 25 to 27 inches with simple hook clasp and extender chain. The pendant itself measures 1 1/4 by 1 3/8 inches.
Fine and argentium sterling silver.
