The focal of this piece is a gorgeous boulder opal (over 13 carats) with three dimensional landscape details created by the host stone beneath. It is wrapped in 22k gold and sits on oxidized silver.
A strand of multiple gemstones woven on silver pins creates a chain reflective of the colors within the opal. Several highlight stones along the chain are linked with coiled gold fill loops--gem silica, lilac amethyst and chrysoprase. The gemstone chain itself contains chalcedony, pale amethyst, pink sapphire, amazonite and tanzanite.
The chain adjusts from 17 to 19 inches in length.
