Wispy hints of lilac and light blue spread in the depths of this boulder opal while vivid flashes of aqua and green flash across the surface and upper layer--very pretty. I've set this one in argentium* sterling silver (.930) for enhanced tarnish resistance. Clusters of tanzanite and swiss blue topaz dance along the lower edge. The silver has a brushed satin finish and the substantial round wire band measures 6 3/4. I can enlarge 1/2 -3/4 size--just ask.

Argentium sterling silver is a silver alloy where most of the copper has been replaced by germanium which lends greatly enhanced tarnish resistance over standard sterling. It is .935 silver--more pure silver than .925 sterling. In addition, argentium sterling is produced using only recycled silver.
