I've wrapped this tall, blue-flashing labradorite in oxidized silver and combined it with a kyanite wrapped in 22k gold and set at an angle. These two stunning stones sit atop one of my swirled bands in oxidized argentium* sterling silver. Gold dots add sparkle. The ring fits like an 8.
*Argentium sterling silver is a silver alloy where most of the copper has been replaced by germanium. It is .935 silver--more pure silver than .925 sterling. In addition, argentium sterling is produced using only recycled silver.
